I’m Steven Haddox and I’ve been a web developer since I was in high school. I have a Masters in Information Technology and am a huge fan of all things related to Apple (ever since they switched to OS X which is based on FreeBSD). I’m also a fan of Ubuntu Linux which I used for several years before switching to Apple. I enjoy dabbling in hacking computers, gaming consoles, and whatever else comes in handy to help me accomplish some goal I’m too lazy to do the “hard way”. My preferred web development environments are Ruby on Rails, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) or Plone (based on the Zope Application Framework and Python).

The most important thing in my life is my family. I love my wife Katie and my daughter Paisley with all my heart and would do anything to make their lives better! Without them I am lost. Katie and I were married on December 2, 2006, to view photos of our family you can probably find them over at Flickr or videos of us over at ViddYou.
